Who we are

AutomateDemand was founded by David Kwint. Today we're running bespoke outbound engines for B2B SaaS clients — mostly DACH software scaleups, a few in UK/US.

We build the GTM machine other agencies sell slides about: signal-based enrichment in Clay, AI agents in Claude Code for 1:1 personalization at scale, and email + LinkedIn campaigns running on infrastructure we set up end-to-end (inboxes, domains, warm-up, sending tools).

The plan for 2026 is simple: scale to the point where one person owns the client engagements operationally and is managing it by him/herself. This is a unique opportunity for someone hungry and motivated that wants to be a Head of GTM/ Operations in the long run.


What you'll actually do

Own the operational side of 4–6 client engagements. Concretely:

Who you are

You don't need to be an expert in Clay or Claude Code. But you should not be hearing these names for the first time. Ideally you've shipped your own workflows, through the Clay Bootcamp, a previous GTM/agency role, or as a builder at a startup.
